Having 25 + years of experience NBFC-MFI in different companies across India ; expertise in microfinance and gold loan products in detail and he began his career in 1997 as a Sales Manager with Nestle India limited . After that he was engaged in different companies in microfinance; after spending 10 years from IDFC First Bharat Bank (Earlier known as Grama Vidiyal) worked in different capacity and moved Equitas small Finance bank and L&T Finance & Suryoday Small Finance (Business audit) as senior role in Microfinance division.
Later he was worked in secured loan product of gold loan as Zonal level in Muthoot Fincorp and India Infoline limited (IIFL) for expansion branches and introduced many new products under his stint; He has completed Degree in Economics and Master in business administration from Joseph institute of Management; He has completed Diploma in Microfinance from IIB;
